賺到颱風假 百貨商場湧人潮

由於杜鵑颱風的影響，北北基宣布29號停止上班上課一天，不過從一早開始天氣逐漸轉好，也讓已經開門的百貨、商場和電影院出現逛街人潮。
有影城的百貨業者表示，一大早就有很多民眾前來排隊買票搶看早場電影，沒有受到颱風影響，預估中午過後逛街和前來餐廳用餐的人潮將會陸續出現。
另外一家百貨業者也指出，颱風已經漸漸遠離，預估時間越晚逛街和看電影的人潮會越來越多。
